भारत में 5जी को शुरू करने की चर्चा बड़ी जोरो से चल रही है (5G Network in India). देश में 5जी स्पेक्ट्रम (5G Spectrum Auction) की नीलामी पूरी हो चुकी है और इसमें देश की सभी बड़ी टेलीकॉम कंपनियां रिलायंस जियो (Reliance Jio), भारती एयरटेल (Bharti Airtel), वोडाफोन आइडिया (Vodafone Idea) और अडानी डेटा नेटवर्क्स (Adani Data Networks) ने अपनी-अपनी हिस्सेदारी खरीद रखी है. भारत में 5जी लॉन्च की तारीख (5G Launch Date) की अगर बात करें, एयरटेल के द्वारा देश के 8 शहरों में 5G सेवाएं शुरू कर दी गयी है। तो इस साल के अंत तक देश की सभी बड़ी टेलीकॉम कंपनियां इसे आधिकारिक तौर पर लॉन्च कर देंगी और इसके बाद भारत में लोगों को 4जी इंटरनेट से 10 गुना ज्यादा स्पीड वाला 5जी इंटरनेट इंटरनेट मिलने लगेगा.

5G टेक्नोलॉजी है क्या? (5G Technology)

5G का मतलब 5th Generation नेटवर्क है. 5जी तकनीक एक प्रकार की वायरलेस कनेक्टिविटी है, जिसमें इलेक्ट्रोमैग्नेटिक स्पेक्ट्रम अर्थात रेडियो वेव (रेडियो तरंगों) का इस्तेमाल होता है. यह मोबाइल नेटवर्क की एक नवीन टेक्नोलॉजी है और पिछले सभी नेटवर्क जेनरेशंस के मुकाबले 5जी नेटवर्क की वायरलेस डेटा टेक्नोलॉजी क्षेत्र में काफी बड़ी भूमिका निभायेगा. 5G जनरेशन (Fifth Generation) लॉन्ग टर्म इवोल्यूशन (LTE) में अपग्रेड है. 5जी में फास्ट इंटरनेट स्पीड मिलेगी, जो 4जी इंटरनेट से 10 गुना ज्यादा स्पीड होगी इसका नेटवर्क भी काफी सही होगा. 5जी टेक्नोलॉजी तीन बैंड्स में काम करता है- लो, मिड और हाई फ्रीक्वेंसी बैंड स्पेक्ट्रम. हाल ही में इन्हीं स्पेक्ट्रम की नीलामी संपन्न हुई थी. ये तीनों बैंड के अपने-अपने काम और अपने-अपने फायदे भी हैं. Low Frequency में 600 मेगाहर्ट्ज, 700 मेगाहर्ट्ज, 800 मेगाहर्ट्ज, 900 मेगाहर्ट्ज, 1800 मेगाहर्ट्ज, 2100 मेगाहर्ट्ज, 2300 मेगाहर्ट्ज आते हैं, जो लगभग 4G जैसा ही है. इसके बाद Medium Frequency में 3300 मेगाहर्ट्ज की Frequency आती है. वहीं, High Frequency में 26 गीगाहर्ट्ज की Frequency आती है.

 

Network Latency है क्या?

 

उम्मीद की जा रही है कि 5G नेटवर्क से न सिर्फ कनेक्टिविटी अच्छी मिलेगी, बल्कि एडवांस ऐन्टेना टेक्नोलॉजी द्वारा नयी रेडियो फ्रीक्वेंसी पर डेटा ट्रांसफर होने से डेटा ट्रांसमिशन स्पीड में काफी बढ़ोतरी होगी और नेटवर्क लेटेंसी (Network Latency), यानी समय भी कम होगा लगेगा. अब आप पूछेंगे कि नेटवर्क लेटेंसी क्या होती है. देखा जाये तो जब आप मोबाइल से इंटरनेट पर कुछ सर्च करते हैं तो आपके फोन और टारगेट सर्वर के बीच लगने वाला समय लेटेंसी कहलाता है. 4G नेटवर्क में यह लेटेंसी 40ms (मिलीसेकेंड) की है, जो 5G नेटवर्क में 1ms होने का अनुमान है. यानी आपने क्लिक किया और एक मिलीसेकेंड में जवाब आपके सामने आ जाएगा. 5G नेटवर्क में नेटवर्क मैनेजमेंट की विशेषता भी होगी, जिससे नेटवर्क स्लाइसिंग (Network Slicing) द्वारा मोबाइल ऑपरेटर्स एकमात्र 5G नेटवर्क में विभिन्न वर्चुअल नेटवर्क बना पाएंगे, जिससे Consistency और Speed भी बनी रहेगी.

 

आइये जानते है 5G Internet की स्पीड होगी कितनी?

 

5जी टेक्नोलॉजी नेटवर्क की इंटरनेट स्पीड को लेकर ऐसे दावे लगातार किये जा रहे हैं कि 5G पर इंटरनेट स्पीड 4G के मुकाबले 30 से 40 गुना अधिक होने जा रही है. आने वाला समय 5जी का ही होगा. यह 4जी नेटवर्क के मुकाबले बहुत तेज होगा. 4जी नेटवर्क मे जहां औसतन इंटरनेट स्पीड 45एमबीपीएस होती है, लेकिन 5जी नेटवर्क पर यह स्पीड बढ़कर 1000 एमबीपीएस तक पहुंचेगी. इससे इंटरनेट की दुनिया मे पूरी तरह से बदलाव आ जाएगा. आम लोगो की जिंदगी में इसका मतलब होगा कि 4जी के मुकाबले 10 से 20 गुना ज्यादा तेज डेटा डाउनलोड किया जा सकेगा. 4जी नेटवर्क पर एक फिल्म को डाउनलोड करने में अब तक छह मिनट लगते हैं, 5जी नेटवर्क पर उसे डाउनलोड करने में केवल 20 सेकेंड लगेंगे. इससे हम सब समझ सकते है कि 5G Internet की स्पीड कितनी होगी.
